 Dear Artist,

 Welcome to Art In The Park 2007!

 This August 18 & 19 we will celebrate our 15th year.  We hope you plan to be a part of this delightful experience.  You can now submit an application on line by going to our events pages on our website: www.marysvillechamber.com  (We require slides or photos and jury fees, payment and the usual jury approval before admittance to the show). Confirmation of your acceptance will be mailed upon jury approval, and any submitted photos/slides will be returned along with postcards to help you advertise your participation.

You can expect more of the same great activities designed to compliment your fine art

Show hours are 10:00 a.m. till 5:00 p.m. Saturday and Sunday

Set up Friday night from 5:00—7:00 p.m.

Overnight security Friday and Saturday nights

Children’s Art Activities!

The inspiring work of the 2006/2007 year High School Art Students

Great Musical Performances by classical, vocal and community band musicians, etc.

Sunday morning’s Ecumenical Service will still be followed by the:

Lion’s Club Pancake Breakfast: each registered artist receives one free ticket

Saturday’s Classic and Sunday’s Antique Car Shows will add interest for all visitors.

 

We continue to grow our event each year

We maintain a juried Fine Art Fair

We expect over 50 artisans this year!

Our event has grown to over 7,000 visitors!

We will continue to invest in print, radio and cable advertising efforts.

Event Program Listing:
Distributed to all artists, car entrants and show attendees (approximately 500)

  Sponsor Flags:
10” x 18”  company name recognition on two sides of colored triangle-shaped flags, positioned around the hospitality tent next to the pavilion.

 Certificate of Support:
A personalized certificate of support.

 Radio: Live-On-Air Recognition:
Promote your business in a ‘live’ on-air interview with Radio First station,  WHLS.  Our official radio station broadcasts from the show on Saturday of the event. 

Your Brochure / Coupon Distribution (500):
The advertisement of your choice will be distributed to attendees throughout the weekend by our volunteer staff.  Remaining brochures will be distributed in the next Chamber newsletter and/or posted at the Chamber on the business board in the atrium of the Village Green Plaza.

Stage Banner:
Your corporate logo is printed in your colors on a vinyl 3' x 3' banner placed on the stage all weekend. 

Logo / Name Recognition:
Your corporate name and/or logo in Event Program, Newspaper and Radio Media buys the week of the event.
